What is the best sound software for composing songs?

I want to get some sound software that will record songs as I play them on a connected electronic keyboard. I also need something that will allow me to change that music into other instruments. i.e. bass guitar, drums, electric guitar. I want to be able to write all the parts separately and then mash them all together for a larger song. Also, if there would be something that would write out the sheet music as I play it, that would be tight too. Suggestions?

What is a good website for free recording software to record guitar?

You can’t just get free recording software, without the quality and options being terrible. Just buying actual recording software would be a much better investment.
