Guitar Straps Acoustic Kids
Is there any way to amplify an acoustic guitar and make it sound electric????
I saw the movie Autumn Rush…
and the kid in the movie amplified his accoustic guitar and made it sound electric.
He tied like a string or something on to the bottom of the guitar is (where you hook up the bottom of your guitar strap). Then, he pushed a pedal… and he played guitar. Next thing you know, it was being amplified by a speaker! It sounded like an electric guitar!!!
Is this even possible???
I don’t want want to buy an electric guitar, because it cost too much.
So, I was wondering if there is any way to make an acoustic guitar sound electric?
Like, with some kind of amp or anything?
Or, any techniques????

i hav an acoustic guitar which i hav converted into electric by applyin a magnetic pick up which is quite cheap
